Our Commitment To Transformation.

Ndlela Kunene is fully invested and committed to transformation. As a black-owned and managed firm, we believe that Black Economic Empowerment is part of a legacy that we have to build upon. Our mission is to build a firm that stays true to its founding goals to ensure inclusion and empowerment of youths and woman particularly in technical fields.

Youth: We will always systematically have a focus on our youth who are the country’s future and also our firm’s future. Our internships and traineeship programmes are centered on empowering young people from previously disadvantaged backgrounds to ensure they obtain critical skills to uplift their families and communities. We also aspire to provide scholarships and free skills / training workshops to young black students in the future.

Gender – Transformation: We recognize that our industry, particularly cybersecurity, data analytics and technology advisory is currently male dominated due to the historical imbalances in the study and development of women in the Science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) related subjects. To this end, we have committed to ensure that at minimum 60% of our consultants in the future are females. Further, women will be developed preferentially to be in leadership positions within the firm.

Preferential Procurement: Where possible, all procurement within the firm is conducted through preferential procurement and enterprise development will be in the long – term.
